Order Processing:

We normally process your order within 3-5 business days, if we couldn’t ship the item out within this time frame, we will let you know as soon as we foresee.


We ship to worldwide from China/Hong Kong free of charge in most cases unless specified, we also provide expedited shipping at a reasonable amount of extra cost. Please let us know if you have any special shipping requirements.

Also please note, all applicable duties and taxes which normally will be determined by customs or their agencies in your country, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order, and shall be paid by yourself directly to the government or agencies.


We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Alipay at this stage, more payment methods to come. All payments are processed in Australia, please consult your bank in regarding to foreign currency conversion fee or oversea transaction fee.


All our brand new products (unless specified, Repair & Spare Parts excluded) are with 12 months factory warranty, feel free to let us know any issues you find during that period of time.

We are happy to provide 30 days money back guarantee. When you want to return, please contact us first, make sure package is exactly as you received, the item is unopened, ship it back at your own cost, we will refund when item is arrived.

Failed Delivery:

If in any case your order failed delivery and returned to the warehouse, we will contact you before try to resend, a small amount of restocking fee (normally 10%) and shipping fee might be charged.
